Speech Competition
for raising issues
of mutual concern
on a totally new
cooperation platform
CONDITIONS FOR PARTICIPATION
In order to participate in the competition, candidates should send their text of the speech
and contact information (telephone number and emails) to organizers.
REQUIREMENTS FOR THE SPEECH
* Theme: Necessary steps for transformation and resolution of the Nagorno-Karabakh (Armenia-Azerbaijan) conflict.

* Contextual criterion: The relevance (reflecting today's reality), innovative approach, and oratory style.

* Format: Speech should be addressed to someone and start with the words of "I appeal to_ ". Each participant must address their speech to authorities, governments or persons who may play a role in conflict resolution in the given context of the speech.

* Speech limit is 365 words.

* Language: The official language of the competition is Russian. However, preliminary text can be sent in English, Azerbaijani or Armenian. Selected participants shall receive any necessary help with translation of the text and speech practice in Russian language.
PLACES ARE LIMITED. APPLICATIONS ARE ACCEPTED
UNTIL MAY 15, 2014.
After a preliminary selection, contest participants will be able to get advice from project Mentors for polishing their speech, clarifying facts and arguments as well as to improve their public speaking and language skills.

Based on the results of the contest, participants will receive awards from Audience as well as special prizes from Georgian Jury.
